The Campbell Residences project is located in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver’s West side.  The project involves a Heritage Revitalization Agreement, where additional density was awarded in return for the retention and restoration of two heritage homes.  As a result, two contemporary infills were added to the rear of the site and a total of 8 units were created within these 4 buildings. Seven of the eight units feature 3 bedrooms, with the remaining unit featuring a 2 bedroom layout.  All of the units range from 1050 square feet to 1600 square feet in size.  In addition to street parking, 8 private parking stalls are provided.
